Guided me through a tough situation

While experiencing multiple personal hurdles, each burying me further than the prior, Roderick helped when no one else really wanted to give time of day or even offer a single positive word of advice. Whether or not things work out 100%, has yet to be seen, but his knowledge and professionalism have allowed me to sleep again.
